Tamper-evident receipts for every AI call.
Regulations now require auditable logs for AI decisions in lending, hiring, healthcare, and other high-risk domains. Attestiq sits between your application and your AI provider, logging every call and writing a cryptographic receipt to a decentralized ledger — proving when each call happened and that the record was never edited.
Built for the new AI compliance regime.
The EU AI Act, the Colorado AI Act, NYC Local Law 144, and similar regulations now require companies using AI to make consequential decisions to maintain auditable records of every model invocation. Internal audit teams, external regulators, and litigation discovery all expect the same thing: proof that a specific AI call happened on a specific date, with a specific input and a specific output, and that the record has not been altered.
Traditional application logs do not meet this bar. They sit in databases that engineers can edit. They sit on disks that administrators can rotate. There is no cryptographic guarantee that the audit trail you produce today reflects what actually happened six months ago.
Attestiq closes that gap. Every AI call routed through us is hashed and committed to an append-only chain on the Internet Computer — a public, decentralized network whose state is signed by a global set of nodes. The result is an audit trail that you do not control and cannot quietly modify. That is precisely the property auditors and regulators are looking for.
For teams subject to AI audit requirements.
Attestiq is purpose-built for organizations whose AI-assisted decisions face external scrutiny.
Three steps. No infrastructure changes.
Change your AI provider's base URL to your Attestiq endpoint. Attestiq speaks the OpenAI-compatible API shape, so most integrations are a one-line change. Bring your own provider key — Attestiq never stores it.
Every call passes through our proxy. We compute SHA-256 hashes of the request and response in memory, forward the call to your AI provider unchanged, and return the response to your application — adding a receipt ID in the response header.
The hashes plus metadata (model, timestamp, token count, your internal correlation ID if you supply one) are committed to an append-only chain on the Internet Computer. The chain is cryptographically linked end-to-end: any attempt to edit a past entry breaks every entry after it. When you need evidence later, you export a verifiable evidence package from your dashboard.
We never see your prompts or your customers' data.
Attestiq stores hashes and metadata only. The actual prompts and responses stay in your systems, where they already need to live for product reasons. We never store the content of an AI call, and we cannot reconstruct it from what we hold. This is structural — not a policy promise that could be reversed.
This design eliminates the entire category of "Attestiq leaked our prompts" risk and makes Attestiq compatible with GDPR, HIPAA, and most internal data-residency policies out of the box.

2. Eligibility. The Service is intended for business use by organizations that themselves comply with applicable laws governing their use of artificial intelligence. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Account responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and Internet Identity credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@attestiq.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate, store, or facilitate the distribution of content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or designed to harm others; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security mechanisms; or (d) resell the Service without a separate written agreement.
5. Bring-your-own provider keys. Attestiq does not provide AI model inference itself. You supply your own API credentials for OpenAI, Anthropic, or other supported providers. You are responsible for your use of those providers and for compliance with their terms.
6. Subscriptions and billing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; on cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Service availability. Free and Starter tiers are provided as-is, without service-level commitments. Growth and Compliance tiers include the service-level agreements stated on the pricing page. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical.
8. Data handling. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property. Attestiq retains all rights in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights in the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
10. Confidentiality. Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed by the other party with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.
11. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Attestiq does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attestiq's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Attestiq during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will Attestiq be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Privacy Policy.
Effective date: May 18, 2026
1. What this policy covers. This Privacy Policy describes how Attestiq collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service.
2. Information we collect.
- Account information: your email address, your Internet Identity principal, and your assigned customer ID.
- Billing information: handled directly by Stripe (our payment processor); we receive only summary records of successful charges and subscription status. We do not store full payment card details.
- API usage records: for every AI call routed through our proxy, we store cryptographic SHA-256 hashes of the request and response bodies, the model name, the timestamp, the token count reported by the upstream provider, your customer ID, and an optional correlation reference if you supply one.
- Technical logs: anonymized error and performance logs used to diagnose service issues.
3. Information we do not collect.
- We do not store the content of your AI prompts or responses. Our infrastructure computes hashes in memory and discards the content before completing the call.
- We do not store your AI provider API keys. They are forwarded through our proxy on each call and never persisted.
- We do not collect end-user personal data on your behalf. If your application sends PII to its AI provider, that data passes through our infrastructure in memory only and is never written to disk.
4. How we use information. We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, bill paid customers, respond to support requests, and meet our own legal obligations. We do not sell information to third parties. We do not use customer data to train AI models.
5. Third parties we share information with.
- Stripe — billing and payment processing.
- The Internet Computer — our infrastructure runs on the Internet Computer, a public decentralized network. Receipt hashes and metadata are written to a public ledger and are visible to anyone with the receipt ID. (Note that receipt entries contain only hashes and metadata, never content.)
- Your chosen AI provider — your prompts and responses pass through your provider as a normal API call. We are not a party to that data exchange beyond hashing and forwarding.
We do not share information with any other third parties except as required by law or to enforce our Terms.
6. Retention. Receipt records are retained according to the plan you are subscribed to: 90 days on Free, 1 year on Starter, 3 years on Growth, up to 10 years on Compliance. Account records are retained for the life of your account plus seven years after closure, to satisfy financial recordkeeping obligations.
7. Your rights. Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EU residents and CCPA for California residents), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information held by us. Submit requests to support@attestiq.io. We will respond within thirty days.
8. Data location. The Internet Computer is a globally distributed network. Receipt data is replicated across nodes in multiple jurisdictions. Account and billing data is processed in the United States by Stripe.
9. Security. We protect data using industry-standard technical and organizational measures including TLS for data in transit, principal-based access control, and cryptographic verification of all receipt chain operations.
10. Children. The Service is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes to this policy. We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a revised effective date.
12. Contact. Privacy questions: support@attestiq.io.
